About Our Founder

Tom, the founder of Halcyon Networks, is an Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in network management, implementation, and support. Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and has served in both in-house and consulting roles for multiple organizations. He has also published an article on the theoretical use of Chaos Theory to encrypt and decrypt secure data transmissions in the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) publication, IEEE Spectrum.
