• Computer Repair: Our skilled technicians are equipped to handle all kinds of computer repairs, from software issues to hardware problems. We offer a flat-rate of $99 for our repair services, ensuring transparency and affordability for our customers.

• Networking Solutions: Whether you're setting up a new office network or need assistance with your home network, our team is here to help. We can design, install, and maintain your network to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.

• House Calls: We understand that sometimes, bringing your computer to our store might not be convenient. That's why we offer house calls to ensure that you receive the assistance you need at your doorstep.

• Carry-in Service Center: For those who prefer to bring their computers to us, we have a carry-in service center where our experts will diagnose and fix your issues promptly.

• Downloads: We provide access to various software and tools that you might need for your computer. Our team can guide you through the download and installation process to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Warranty and Service Terms

At ComputerFox, we stand behind the quality of our services and products. We offer a 45-day repair warranty and a 12-month computer warranty on all new computers purchased from our store. However, please note that any defects resulting from user software installs, drops, liquid damage, or abuse are not covered by any service warranty.

Additionally, we have a no-refund policy unless authorized. Software must be unopened, and printers returned with used toner cartridges will be billed. A 10% restocking fee applies for items less than $1,000.00, and an 8% restocking fee may apply for items over $1,000.00. Allow 60-90 days for all refunds, which will be sent by mail. No cash refunds.
