Here at The Right Click, we are more than your average computer repair shop. We pride ourselves on being the decoders and ambassadors of technology, bridging the gap between human and tech. Sure, we can tear down a laptop with the best of them and possibly hold the world record for the fastest RAM swap ever. But we also treat each customer with respect, offering honest solutions to your computer needs.

Here at The Right Click, we never make commission on tech sales, so you'll never see us installing four of those new GeForce GTX 4GB 256bit cards in a four way SLI in your secretary's new computer. We stay honest and recommend what is best for your situation, and your budget. Our in-store, remote and support contracts all have flat-rate pricing so that you can reliably budget both your time and your expenses. Our hourly, on-site and after-hour rates are reasonable and we never charge for travel in RI.

Remote Support

If we can fix it in under 5 minutes, it's free! Most times, we can walk you through a problem over the phone or by getting connected directly to your computer. How? Mostly it involves magic wand waving and fairy dust, but we can't give too much away. Talk to one of our patient and courteous remote support techs. PRICING $200/hour ($300 after hours).

In-Store Support

Bring your computer to one of our walk-in locations. We are happy to get your computer up on the bench, answer your questions, or even just give you some advice. Make an appointment today!

On-Site Support

Sometimes you just need someone there to see what is happening in a computer's native habitat. We won't play that 4-hour window game with you. Your time is important too and we respect that. Schedule a visit with one of our experienced technicians.
