Over the years, we have evolved from a Value Added Reseller (VAR) and authorized service provider for Data Products legacy impact printers to a company that partners with leading companies such as Epson, Sharp, Konica-Minolta, HP, Microsoft, Cisco, and Dell to provide a wide range of products and services to meet our customers' diverse needs.

Our organization has a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and we have developed a system that allows us to capture feedback after every service call. We use the Net Promoter Score system to measure how happy our customers are, and we aim to achieve a score of 100%. Our current scores are APR NPS: 95.712024 and YTD NPS: 94.12.
