We charge $80 for virus removal and $80 for operating system installation, not including data recovery. If data recovery is involved, our fee for data recovery with Windows re-install is $160. Our data recovery fee to your external hard drive is $80, with an additional charge if you need a hard drive to save to.

We pride ourselves on our transparency and honesty in our pricing, and we provide detailed quotes for all our services. For house-calls, we charge a trip fee of $30 within 20 miles of La Crosse, WI, and $40 for every 30 miles thereafter. We currently do not have a drop-off location.
