1. Prime: Network general support, maintenance, and management, including firewall and connection monitoring, software and hardware updates, and unlimited remote help desk assistance.

2. Squared: Network and workstation support, administration, and management, including all of the Prime features, plus security and antivirus management, patch management, weekly spyware and adware scans, and system defrags.

3. Cubed: Network, workstation, and domain and server support, administration, and management, including all of the Prime and Squared features, plus weekly on-site reviews, annual technology planning, and budget management, network management consulting, product purchasing and support, domain registration, and administration.
