Our story begins with our president and founder, Matt Norment, who was a network administrator and IT manager for an international engineering firm in Virginia Beach. Before starting his own business, he worked part-time on nights and weekends, eventually leaving his job in 2004 to focus on his own computer business. Since then, we have grown to become a trusted name in the IT market, providing superior customer satisfaction through our quality services, support, and highly trained personnel.

About Our Technicians

Our team of highly experienced technicians is led by Edward Sullivan, who has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He previously worked for a computer company in Northern Virginia for 10+ years before relocating to the Hampton Roads area. He is trained to repair a wide range of devices, including Laptop DC Power Jacks, Macs, Tablets, Smartphone cracked screens, and soldering PlayStation control boards.
