We believe that by doing what is right for our customers, it will ultimately come back to us in the form of happy and loyal customers. We are not here to upsell or take advantage of our customers, but instead, we strive to find solutions that meet their specific needs.

Our Story

Advantage Computers was established in 2001 with the goal of providing superior technical support and building strong customer relationships. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to better serve our customers. Today, we are proud to have served over 4000 customers and resolved over 5000 tickets.

Our Team

Our team consists of highly knowledgeable and experienced technicians who are passionate about what they do. Our owner, Russel, is an IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Our manager, Harold, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, while our office technician, Mary, is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Our field technician, Joseph, is always on the move, providing technical support to our customers in the Reno/Sparks area.

Services

At Advantage Computers, we offer a range of services to meet the needs of our customers. From computer repair and maintenance to network configuration and setup, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible technical support. Our business service is one of the most affordable in the area, starting at just $125 per hour, plus $50 per hour travel fee. We also offer remote support and phone support for just $30 per 15 minutes.
