Our story began in 1982 when we were founded by Darren McBride as "Sierra Computer Control, " pioneering work in the field of English/Arabic computing for various Middle Eastern governments. Over the years, we have evolved to keep pace with the rapidly changing technology landscape, expanding our services to include network technology, servers, and a wide range of business solutions.

Company History

As the company expanded, we shifted our focus to the resale of computer equipment and technical services for the business community. In 1987, we moved our operations to a larger location at 460 California Street, near downtown Reno. As the computer industry evolved, so did we, adding new technologies, servers, and business solutions to our repertoire. In 1996, we bought the building and moved our operations to the facility at 1900 Vassar Street, near the airport, where we continue to operate alongside our sister company, Highly Reliable Systems.

Our commitment to excellence has earned us numerous awards and recognition. In 1996, we were awarded the Reno Chamber's "Excellence in Commerce" award. Additionally, in 1997, Darren McBride was named "Outstanding Businessperson of the year" for Reno by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
