• Data Backup and Recovery: We provide data backup and recovery services to protect one of the most valuable assets of your business: YOUR DATA. Our Service Operation Center can continuously back up, protect, and restore your data 24x7. We provide onsite and online recovery services to continuously back up critical server data, archive it in a secure offsite data center, and make it immediately available for recovery anytime it is needed. With many years in the data recovery business, we have experience in hard drive recovery. No matter how the data loss occurred, we have the ability to recover it for you.

• Onsite Services: We do in-shop repair, and we also provide onsite services for software troubleshooting and hardware repair of all kinds of computers. We are experts in DSL and Cable Modem setup and can quickly resolve DSL/Cable Modem connectivity and sharing issues. We can professionally set up your peer-to-peer network with file and printer sharing. We can work at your home or office at your convenience. We also offer pick-up and delivery services for repair.

• Website Design, Hosting, and Maintenance: We register, design, host, and update websites on our servers. We have a team of experienced web designers and developers who can create a visually appealing and functional website for your business. ONLINE SUPPORT

We have updated our price services as follows:

• Free Diagnostic (for any machine brought to our office)
• On-site work (at customer's home or office): $125 for the first hour, then $100 thereafter.
• Any machine brought to our office will receive a free diagnostic.
• For repair done in our office: Free diagnostic applies. The customer is then contacted and an estimate is given. Charges for the repair will depend on parts and softwares installed as well as labour. We DO NOT charge by the hour. No charges will be applied if the customer does not approve the repair and chooses to pick up the computer instead.
