We offer our expert computer support services via three methods:

Service on Demand: This service is geared for our clients that require fewer than 10 hours of service performed for each engagement. Most work can usually be completed in one visit.

Consulting Services: These services are geared towards clients that require services over a period of time with a defined goal and will probably require over 10 hours of service. Consulting Services may include multiple types of services within a single engagement.

Technology Assessment

A Technology Assessment is a comprehensive document that SeekZen drafts for our clients. Included in this assessment: a summary of the current technology infrastructure, the top three client concerns, and possible options that will address these concerns. Custom Technology Assessments are delivered by e-mail within 3 working days.
